This advanced screen printing machine is available in 5-color and 6-color models, designed for different product requirements. The 5-color model is suitable for printing hard hollow round tubes or solid cylindrical products, while the 6-color model is designed for multi-color overprinting of products of various shapes with or without positioning grooves. The core of the equipment adopts German Beckhoff PLC, Apple iPad touch screen and Inovance modular servo and motion controller to ensure high precision and stability. The mechanical part uses Spanish original GOIZPER servo turntable, Japanese THK guide rail and ball screw, and high-precision Taiwan DEX divider, with full servo control system, it can realize the printing of different shapes of bottles without gears. All tube positions are driven by Inovance servo, screen servo drive is used for operation, and it has automatic lifting servo print head, which supports screen printing, hot stamping and labeling switching. To improve printing quality, the equipment is also equipped with ion dust removal, servo burning device, CCD visual positioning system (bottle body or bottle mouth positioning), and automatic detection functions such as no printing, low air pressure, feeding/unloading, waste/wrong material alarm, etc. For pneumatic components, Japanese SMC solenoid valves and German FESTO cylinders are used. The fully automatic feeding system and unloading manipulator device ensure a continuous and stable printing process. In addition, the equipment uses an LED UV system to ensure that the ink meets the 3M tape test standards.
